Our Duties on World Cancer Day

  2. Adopting a Healthy Lifestyle – Avoiding tobacco, consuming a balanced diet, , regularly, and limiting alcohol intake significantly reduce cancer risks.

  3. Encouraging Regular Screenings – Routine medical check-ups and screenings, such as mammograms and colonoscopies, can detect cancer at an early stage when it is more treatable.

  4. Supporting Cancer Patients – Providing emotional and financial support to cancer patients and survivors can help them fight their battles with strength.

  5. Advocating for Better Healthcare Policies – Governments and organizations must ensure affordable cancer treatment and research advancements to improve survival rates.
